Classes - Winter 2026

March Break Clinic

Dates: March 16th - 20th
Times: 9:15-10:15am - Shooting Clinic & 10:15
-11:15am - Battle/Small Area/High Compete
Location: Campus Ice Centre
Cost: $250 per clinic *or $450 for 2 clinic bundle*

Session 1 will focus on the technical aspects of shooting. Players will learn the proper way to take wrist shots, snapshots, slap shots and backhands. 

Session 2 will focus on small area competition and puck protection. Players will learn how to properly position themselves on both sides of puck battles and how to use their bodies effectively on the ice. There will be be elements of competition throughout the camp.

PA Days 2025/2026

Dates: Jan 23, Jan 30, April 17, June 5
Time: 8am-3:30pm
Location: Campus Ice Centre/South Courtice Arena
Cost: $130 per PA Day or *3 PA Day Package - $300*

On-ice times: 9-10am & 2-3pm. Each PA Day camp will consist of two ice times with a split focus on both skating & skills. Campers will also participate in dry land training, along with other off-ice games and activities.

Please note: Lunches are not provided.

Monday Nights Technical Power Skating with Pucks

Dates: May 25th - July 27th
Time: 5:30-6:30pm | 6:30-7:30pm | 7:30-8:30pm | 8:30-9:30 pm

Location: Campus Ice Centre
Cost: $649.00

Skaters will focus on the technical side of skating by training edge control, balance and mobility, while developing a longer and more efficient stride.
An emphasis will be placed on powerful crossovers, smooth turns, weight transfer in pivots and transitions, and more. As the program progresses, pucks will be incorporated to enhance these skills at high speed, providing individuals with capability to translate these skills to a game.

*As the game of hockey progresses, so does the speed of the players and their movements. This class is designed to give players the fundamentals to reach their full potential in these particular areas.

Monday Semi-Private Technical Skating & High Intensity (2016-2011 AAA-AA)

Dates: Jan 12-March 9
Time: 3:30-4:30pm
Location: Delpark Homes Centre
Cost: $520

This class will combine a focus on advanced technical skating and high intensity drills to reinforce these techniques. Players will develop an increased ability to perform edge control, improve their balance and stability, and improve their foot speed. High intensity drills will push players to execute at game-speed while simultaneously improving their conditioning.

Tuesday AM - Semi-Private Skill Development (2018-2010 AAA-A)

Dates: Jan 13-March 10
Time: 7-8am
Location: South Courtice Arena
Cost: $520

Players will benefit from a split emphasis on both technical skating and skill development in these classes. Train in game-like scenarios, develop better deception, and gain confidence in your skating abilities with and without the puck. One of the most underrated and neglected skills in hockey is hockey-sense. This class provides an advanced design, taking all the skills skaters will use during a game, and combining them into dynamic drills. This type of training will provide players with a better understanding of the skills they are learning and where they are applicable in a game, and develop increased hockey-sense.

Wednesday AM - Semi-Private Skill Development (2018-2010 AAA-A)

Dates: Jan 14-March 11
Time: 7-8am
Location: Campus Ice Centre
Cost: $520

Players will benefit from a split emphasis on both technical skating and skill development in these classes. Thursday Fundamentals of Skating (2020-2017)

Dates: Jan 15-March 12
Time: 4-5pm
Location: Delpark Homes Centre
Cost: $360

This class is focused on the fundamentals of skating. This will be a learning-to-skate style class where skaters will gain confidence on the ice through many repetitions and positive reinforcement from out coaches. Players will work to improve their balance and skating abilities in a fun environment.
